Disney’s PhotoPass service captures the most magical of moments every day. As a PhotoPass photographer, I take photos of guests young and old so they can remember these moments for generations to come.

  • I utilize DSLR cameras and Disney technology to produce high-quality photographs.

  • I assist guests in viewing and purchasing prints and digital downloads

  • I capture and preserved magical moments for guests of all ages, ensuring lasting memories.

  • I have earned specialty roles, including photographing in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and hold a leadership position in the Sales and Service Center.

Returning to The Walt Disney Company post-pandemic, I was beyond excited to once again work on Main Street in The Magic Kingdom and bring magic and Guest Service to our guests every day.

  • I engaged guests in various retail environments, providing guest service and helping to find solutions when challenges arise.

  • I used Disney’s Merchentainment formula of Connect, Discover, Recommend, and Close to successfully sell everything from jewelry to embroidered earhats.

  • I collaborated with other Merchandise Cast Members to keep the stores stocked, clean, and Show Ready so each guest feels welcome.

As a participant in the Disney College Program, I joined the Entertainment Department to serve as a liaison between kids, kids at heart, and their most beloved Disney characters.

Nerds and Beyond is a pop culture news site dedicated to fandom reporting and exclusive interviews. Along with writing daily content for the site, I help the founder and president manage content produced by over 40 staff members.

  • I write recaps, reviews, news updates, and original articles as well as edit and publish the work of teammates.

  • I attend events and interview actors and creators to provide exclusive content to readers.

  • With my help, the site has grown from 280K unique visits 2018 to 3.1 Million visits in 2021.

With a mission to make the world a better place, Random Acts works around the world to change lives through one act of kindness at a time. I worked on the first writing staff for the organization. 

  • I worked with a team of volunteers to coordinate and produce all internal and external communications for the organization.

  • I wrote “Kindness Files,” reports on acts of kindness funded by Random Acts to promote engagement and future donations.

  • I encouraged participation in upcoming events through blog posts detailing conventions and donation drives.

This Star Won't Go Out: Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager

This Star Won’t Go Out a nonprofit that provides financial assistance to families undergoing the trials of childhood cancer. After following the organization on social media for years, I joined as their social media coordinator to help community outreach and fundraising efforts.

  • I strategized social media campaigns for TSWGO’s in person and online events to drive engagement.

  • I assisted in the launch of TSWGO’s grant program Project Lovely, including designing graphics that were used by social media influencers including YA author John Green.

  • I collaborated with the team to participate in the annual Project for Awesome, earning the organization over $53,000 over three years.

  • I designed logos and assets to modernize the brand and increase brand cohesion.

Harvard Medical School: Internal Communications and Events Intern

My junior year of college, I had the opportunity to intern in the Office of Communications and External Relations at Harvard Medical School. I learned first-hand how to work in an office and balance communication styles for different audiences.

  • I interviewed members of the HMS administration to better connect the internal community and academic body.

  • I assisted in the planning and orchestration of a medical lecture series to provide the HMS and Boston community with free educational resources.

  • I contributed to department-wide communication initiatives to provide my unique point of view and experience.

TeeRico: Assistant Marketing Coordinator

January 2017 - May 2017​​

 

​TeeRico is the merchandise company for actor and playwright Lin-Manuel Miranda. As the marketing assistant, I supported the manager in promotion and retail duties.

  • I used Hootsuite to manage the company’s Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • I increased the company’s Instagram accounts from 2,000 to 3,000 and its Twitter followers from 7,000 to 10,000 over six months through catching graphics and consistent, engaging posts.

  • I helped with store website upkeep by editing merchandise photos, writing product descriptions, and updating inventory to increase the store’s success.

Campus Ambassador – Tour Guide (2018 - 2019)

After three years working in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, I became a Campus Ambassador. In this role, I worked as a tour guide and representative for the school.

  • I led groups of prospective students and their families throughout campus to show the academic features and residential amenities the school provides.

  • I memorized information about the school’s past and current offerings to provide advice and facts to visitors.

  • I told stories about my time as a student to show guests a positive but authentic perspective of the undergraduate experience.

Student Caller, Student Calling Lead (2015 – 2018)​

My first job in university was with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as a Student Caller where I reached out to prospective students. After two years I was promoted to lead the program and my fellow students in the role.

  • I answered questions and provided information about the college to establish a friendly and trustworthy current student contact with the prospective students.

  • I supervised twelve student callers, providing training, materials, and resources to implement the most efficient and successful initiative possible.
