Esther Earl was a teenager living in Quincy, Massachusetts, who died in 2010 of cancer. Since then, she has left quite a legacy. This Star Won't Go Out, a foundation created by her parents in her honor, has awarded thousands of dollars in grants to families with children with cancer in the last eight years.

Every August 3, on what would have been Esther's birthday, TSWGO as well as many social media influencers and supporters around the world celebrate Esther Day, a day on which Esther asked that people express their love not just to romantic partners, but to friends and family as well. During the 2017 Esther Day, TSWGO unveiled a new logo that I designed as well as a new grant program entitled Project Lovely. Since then I have been the primary graphic designer for TSWGO's online giveaways, the annual livestream and fundraiser Project For Awesome, and most recently TSWGO's annual Shine Under the Stars Gala.

Now You're Talking is a storytelling show run by Tracey Segarra. With six storytellers performing at each show, Tracey hosts these performances throughout Long Island and occasionally up and down the east coast.

For her upcoming show, "Sex, Drugs, and Rock 'n' Roll," I was hired to design the event poster as well as a few social media graphics. These will be used in person as well as on the social media sites for the venue and Now You're Talking.

Dog Star Rescue is a dog rescue organization located in Simsbury, Connecticut. Along with dog adoption events, they also have several fundraisers to help support the association.

In September of 2017, DSR held an event called "Bark and Brew." I as brought on as a volunteer to redesign the marketing materials - both print and online. I remade the print flyer as well as social media graphics that displayed all of the relevant information while still being easy to read and all keeping the same color and design theme. The event was well attended and brought in the necessary revenue for DSR to continue to succeed.

Simmons College Hillel

During my time on the Simmons College Hillel Executive Board, I served for one year as the PR/Marketing Chair and even in the position of President I was the resident graphic designer. In the fall of 2016, I designed a new logo that unifies our graphic design and is used on our social media and weekly email newsletters. I also helped Hillel Council of New England design their Winter 2017 Birthright trip's flyer.

Additionally, I designed several event flyers for our larger events during this year. This includes "Spice up the Sukkah," a desserts and arts and crafts event for the Simmons community as we decorated our Sukkah for Sukkot, and a Faculty, Student and Staff Passover Lunch to bring the three communities together and provide a hot, Kosher for Passover lunch.
